Identify the connection you need
We examine one workflow involving a website or store, business email, telephony, messenger or accounting system. First, we check compatibility of the product, version and available connector. A standard module is used when it covers the required exchange; custom development is assessed separately. API availability alone does not establish that the complete integration is suitable.
Agree the data rules
We define objects, fields, transfer direction and which system owns the correct value. Bidirectional exchange includes a discussion of conflicting updates. Object matching should use a stable identifier so that processing the same event again does not create another contact or order.
- What each system creates and what it only updates.
- Field mapping, required values and reference lists.
- Transfer events or schedules, failures and retries.
- Test records with expected outcomes on both sides.
Inputs and access
Send the system names, versions, portal address and a description of the manual exchange. For 1C, specify the configuration, modifications and entities required; 'connect 1C' is not enough for an estimate. A business representative must confirm rules for orders, payments or stock. Access uses agreed permissions; secrets are not placed in correspondence or public materials.
Acceptance and operational handover
An agreed sample is used to test creation, updates, repeated delivery and recovery after failure. Important exchanges include a log and understandable failure alerts. We hand over configuration details, test results and responsibilities. Success means actual data in the required systems, not merely a successful request response.
Assessment and boundaries
Pricing depends on objects, directions, history volume and the selected mechanism. Module licenses and operator or provider services are assessed separately. A compatibility assessment does not include working exchange or a full migration. License availability is checked for the specific product and region, independently of page language. Bank, government or payment service connections start with a separate technical assessment.
Describe one connection between systems
Tell us what data is transferred manually and where it goes. We will map the exchange and propose a compatibility review or agreed connection stage.
