Define the action and its conditions
We examine a specific pipeline and the operations that staff perform manually. We select an appropriate mechanism: automation rules, triggers or a workflow. Required features are checked in the current product and plan. Existing settings are reviewed first so that new logic does not repeat actions already running.
Document the scenario
Before configuration, we agree the event, required fields, responsible person and expected outcome. Delays specify the time zone and working hours. Messages have separate rules for permission to send, recipient, language and missing names. Failure and cancellation behavior is documented rather than left to an employee's discretion.
- Launch conditions and cases where no action is needed.
- Repeated stage entry and prevention of duplicate actions.
- How to stop the scenario and restore previous settings.
Verify execution rather than a saved setting
An agreed test record is used to check normal execution, missing data, restricted permissions and a repeated event. If an external system is involved, its unavailability is considered separately. We confirm the outcome in history and the record; saving a rule alone does not demonstrate that the action happened.
- Test cases and observed results.
- The configured scenario in the agreed CRM objects.
- Team instructions for monitoring, failures and disabling.
Launch with an accountable process owner
We show the scenario to the process owner, agree activation and define how the first executions will be observed. The team learns where to find outcomes and who handles exceptions. Changes to real data and customer messages remain within agreed boundaries; test records must not send messages to unintended recipients.
What determines the assessment
Pricing depends on scenarios, conditions, objects and external actions. Custom code or an integration requires a separately defined development scope. Licenses and provider services are not automatically included. Automation does not correct inaccurate source data: necessary changes to fields, permissions and the process are agreed before activation.
Describe one recurring operation
Tell us the employee's manual steps, the starting event and the outcome you need. That example will define the scenario, checks and configuration scope.
