Choose the process to diagnose
We begin with user complaints and the business objective: duplicate inquiries, stalled deals, unclear roles or inconsistent reports. The pipeline, objects and example records are defined. When several departments are involved, we agree each stage's boundaries so the promised audit matches its actual coverage.
What we examine in the portal
We review stages and transitions, required fields, ownership, access roles, current automation and connected channels. Settings are compared with the team's actual workflow. Inquiry channels are checked using available evidence; a real submission is made only through a separately authorized test.
- An inquiry's route from arrival to the employee's next action.
- Selected data quality and potential causes of duplicates.
- Repeated events, exceptions and automated action monitoring.
- Clarity of reports and CRM working rules.
Prepare access and examples
We need the portal address, cloud or self-hosted edition, current plan and problem description. The client invites a separate user with agreed permissions and an access period. An initial review needs only relevant fields and a few suitable examples, not an export of the entire customer database. Inaccessible areas are listed in the report.
What the process owner receives
The report contains observations, evidence and priorities. Each recommendation explains the problem it addresses, the proposed change and how to verify the outcome. We distinguish a confirmed error, a risk and a question requiring further diagnosis. The plan is discussed with the team representative responsible for adopting new working rules.
- Confirmed findings in the agreed sample.
- An improvement plan with stages and dependencies.
- Separate work items for later assessment.
Audit scope and subsequent changes
Pricing follows the processes, sample and integration complexity. Reviewing a selected portal area does not diagnose every possible error. Licenses, provider costs, new custom code and work outside the agreed scope are excluded. Corrections are a separate stage; delivering a report does not mean that the portal has been fixed.
Start with your team's main difficulty
Send the problem description, Bitrix24 edition and process to review. We will agree the sample, access and expected report contents.
