VR HOLDING — Krtsanisi Club
We developed an app, connected it with the residents’ Telegram chat and automated services for VR Krtsanisi Resort Residence.
About the project
Krtsanisi Club is a digital platform for residents, property management and service teams. One Telegram Mini App brings together everyday residential services, property listings and specialist services.
Resident and property management services
Residents can view service charges and payment history, submit payment confirmations and send requests to property management with photos. They can track progress, leave comments and rate the resolution. Staff have tools for handling requests, maintaining registers, publishing announcements and managing access.
Bookings, property and services
We built sports court booking with time selection, rescheduling, cancellation, notifications and a dedicated reception dashboard. The platform also includes rental and sales listings, viewing appointments, specialist services, residential announcements and events with participant registration.
Residents’ chat and moderation
We connected the Telegram chat with the app: relevant requests are directed to the appropriate sections, while approved property listings can be published and updated in the chat. A moderation bot supports community rules, spam protection, warnings and escalation to administrators.
Automation and four languages
We implemented automatic charge generation, payment and booking reminders, status notifications and request deadline monitoring. The interface supports Georgian, English, Russian and Ukrainian, with automatic translation of user descriptions into the selected language.
Residents can access the complex’s services in one app, while staff share a workspace for requests, bookings and communication.
