Check the business model before a profile
Google's profile rules distinguish businesses with a customer-facing location and businesses that travel to customers. Check eligibility and address rules for the actual operation before creating or changing a profile.
A website in Georgian or a Georgian domain does not establish a physical location. Illustrative example: a mailing address used only for correspondence should not be presented as an office where visitors are received. Profile ownership, access and verification are separate tasks; a website publication does not complete them.

Create one approved business information sheet
- Record the real business name, public phone, website and an email that someone monitors.
- Confirm whether customers can visit, whether an appointment is needed, the service area and current hours.
- Assign the owner who approves changes and retains access; check for an existing profile before considering another.
- Compare the information on the contact page, service pages and any existing profile; explain real differences rather than hiding them.
Give visitors an answer on the landing page
A service page should state the work available, who it suits, the information needed for a quote and how to arrange the next step. Explain actual coverage and any practical constraints. Do not claim an office, local team or response time that the business cannot verify.
Avoid copying the same thin page for every city. A separate location page needs a real reason: a genuine branch, different access instructions or a materially different service. Translate useful content fully and keep the contact route working in each language.
Use genuine photos and customer feedback
Use images that show the real premises or work, with permission where required. Correct old directions and hours when they change. Request honest feedback after a real interaction; do not manufacture reviews or publish a client result without confirmation.
Read a review as an operational signal. A repeated complaint about unanswered calls should lead to checking the phone and ownership of inquiries, not merely writing a polished reply. Keep personal customer information out of public responses.
Measure useful actions, not one screenshot
Google describes local ranking through relevance, distance and prominence. There is no paid request for a better local ranking.
Separate profile actions, site visits and accepted inquiries in your records. Review a consistent period and note changes in hours, offers or measurement. If people visit but cannot reach you, fix that route first. Define the next review date, the person responsible and a small list of testable improvements; a screenshot from one location is not a market-wide ranking report.
