Define the questions to investigate
We identify the reason for the review: new pages missing from search, traffic changing after migration, poorly presented services or conflicting language versions. We agree the main domain, subdomains, page groups and available change history. For large websites, the sample and templates to inspect are specified separately.
Technical checks alongside content
We examine page responses, redirects, crawl restrictions, canonical links, sitemaps and internal links. We review titles, descriptions, main headings and whether the content answers the visitor's objective. Multilingual reviews include translated routes and reciprocal language links. Performance and mobile usability findings are included within the agreed scope.
- Availability and consistent addresses for important pages.
- Duplicates and pages competing to answer the same intent.
- Service structure, navigation and the inquiry journey.
A report you can verify
Each material finding identifies the page, observation and inspection date. We separate technical facts from hypotheses about search impact. When Search Console or other agreed reports are available, their periods and filters are recorded. Missing information is not replaced by assumptions about competitors' traffic.
- Problems with examples and an assigned priority.
- Recommendations for specific pages and templates.
- A correction sequence and a verification method for each outcome.
How the audit proceeds
We receive the website and problem description, then agree access and coverage. Selected URLs are analyzed, important findings are checked manually, and conclusions are discussed with your team. Report access is granted separately with the necessary permissions. Website settings are changed only under an agreed correction task.
What requires separate assessment
Pricing depends on sample size, templates, languages and website complexity. Corrections, new copy and development are not included merely because the report recommends them. An audit does not guarantee indexing or rankings: canonical links and sitemaps assist search, but the search engine chooses the final URL. Unexamined areas are explicitly identified.
Define your audit scope
Send your website, affected pages and what has changed. We will propose a checkable audit scope and the outputs the report should provide.
